By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We try to describe and display our products accurately. Kit contents are listed on each product page and may occasionally be substituted with items of equal or better quality. Our kits are intended for minor, everyday situations and are not a substitute for professional medical care — in an emergency, call 112.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Subscriptions and refills

Where refill plans are offered, you authorise recurring charges at the frequency you select until you cancel. You can cancel before your next billing date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
