Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your slapTECH kit. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for orders placed on slap-tech.com, operated by SLAPTECH TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Email info@slap-tech.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return as described below.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete or was not what you ordered. To keep our kits hygienic and safe, we cannot accept returns of kits or items that have been opened or used (for example, first-aid supplies, wipes or food items), unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to request a return

Email info@slap-tech.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the product and packaging. If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions. We may offer a replacement instead of a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or approve your claim), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refill items and subscriptions

If you have an active refill plan, you can cancel future deliveries at any time before the next billing date from your account or by emailing us.
