Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship

We currently deliver to addresses within India only.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days for metro cities and up to 10 business days for other locations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or remote pin codes.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you the courier name and tracking number.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photos and contact us at info@slap-tech.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
